Pilates

The class will be broken down for all abilities and dyna bands, bender balls will be provided for variation, aid teaching, and progression. Please be aware you do not have to use any equipment. Pilates can enhance your physical strength and mental wellbeing. It improves flexibility, coordination, reduce stress and improve your sense of wellbeing. It is suitable for anyone, has wonderful adaptations and has a whole body approach system. Mats will be provided or you may bring your own.

Monday 13:00 - 14:00, 18:30 - 19:30, 19:30 - 20:30 (from 19th Oct), Parks Physiotherapy.

Wednesday 19:00 - 20:00. Great Staughton Village Hall. £6.

Thursday 09:45 - 10:45. Buckden Village Hall. £5. Please note due to COVID-19 the Thursday class is currently on Zoom until further notice.

Thursday 11:00 - 12:00, Parks Physiotherapy, St Neots
